hello folks i need help
hi folks,
well, i came here to find parts to outfit my old specialized allez epic carbon fiber road bike, and also a hybrid that will need to be upgraded too.
ok, so here's the funny part with this intro. I can't ride a bike right now. i need a hip replacement.
Yet, i saw no reason not to look for the equipment now because it might not be available once i get the operation and can ride again.
i miss riding so much it's not funny, and my health misses it even more.
lol
50 + now and i'm not going to give up on my quest to ride again.

naw when i ride i like to see and be seen as much as possible. i also do hills quite a bit and a recumbent wil make me work too hard. when i ride again i want to work pretty easy, burn some calories and have fun. no more training for category 2 for me anymore lol.

what are those red things on the wheel? reflective tape?
