Are aero (Zipp 404) wheels legal for juniors? (under 14)
My son is new to racing USA Cycling events.
I read the rules. We are good on roll-out, mass start bike, etc...
It also states no wind cheating devices, but doesn't address aero wheels.
Are they legal?

These are somewhat new rules. There are lots of questions. This is from 1st hand experience.
Generally - yes. If the wheels have 16 metal spokes they allow them. Discs no.
Look to each event for the rules.
I can tell you in some countries over 30mm profile is not allowed, and other countries specify rims are to be metal. USAC - is fine with any profile and material - now.
