Need advice on training
I'm 13 years old and since my father owns a bike shop I somehow got into racing cyclocross as well as track and a bit of road. I joined a kinda of "low key" junior team as there weren't many other options for me. I love cycling so much but I haven't been able to do very well in it because I dont train a lot. My parents are often very busy with work and I live in the mountains with my father and in a basic city neighborhood with my mother so I am clueless as to what kind of training I could do on my bike at either house. I go to the two practices that my team offers me every week but otherwise that's it. How do I know how and what to do to train? Where do I start to establish a foundation of cycling routines? Any advice would be helpful, thank you.

You can start training by just riding more, longer and faster..... as your body allows. In time, you will get stronger, have better endurance and technique.
Remember one thing, it never gets easier, you just ride faster. Use an app like "Strava" to track your rides and motivate you to push yourself to limits you haven't realized yet.
If you have true desire and want this, it will happen over time, not overnight. Good luck.

Where do you live? If you can find a junior team. If not, join an adult team.
Sleep is one of the best things you can do along with diet.
Rollers are good.
2 days/week of speed work for even 20-30 min is good.
Most junior races are just shorter. Miles in legs matter, but not as much as a junior. More focus on sleeping right, eating right and some power work. That, and race anyway, even if you don't do as well as you want.
Having dad's support is huge.
If you have access to a gym and knowledgeable people that can keep you from getting hurt - another plus. Ideal gym age might be in a couple years.
