Cheapest 14-28 Cassette?

Cheapest 14-28 Cassette?
Hello guys!
Long term lurker here but just made my account. Had a question about junior gearing as this will be my first season racing. I had a couple of questions about gearing:
- I found a 14-28 r8000 cassete for around $70 which isnt bad but are there any other options (5800, 6800, 7000, etc)?
I know I should support my LBS but I can't afford a 130$ cassete from them atm.

Shimano Ultegra CS-6800 is the one you want (if you are 11spd).
You CAN block gears on another cassette.
