10 year old looking for overnight camps

Does anyone know of any overnight camps that will introduce my 10 year old son to road bike racing? We are looking for something in within a reasonable drive from northern New England.

The only catch is that equipment would need to be provided. He wants to transition from mountain biking into road biking, and I don't want to make the investment in equipment until he decides if it is really for him.

Where in Northern New England are we talking? Maine (north or south), Vermont, New Hampshire? I'm not sure about camps, but a lot of lbs around me rent out bikes (including kids road bikes) so that may be a good way to introduce road cycling to him and see if it is for him, without the cost of full equipment.

Northeastern Vermont. In other words, rural!
