Spotted on Portland Craigslist:

"Welcome to Portland... now get on a bike!" Taxi Bike is a tandem bike plus trailor for luggage, it is a free, door to door service provided in order to keep this town "weird". I have done this 3 or 4 times by now - succesfully... there is a bike lane... i'm an experienced rider. Tips appriciated. Also, this tandem is availible to the public - for rent or whatever arrangments.
