Slightly misleading because that first picture is zoomed in a bit more (you can see the roofs on the buildings in the other two). But still awesome.

Agreed. No need to discredit yourself by exagerating in this case. The direct comparison would be impressive enough.

Probably one person per car. Typical in the US. IIRC over 95% of any given vehicle on the road at any given time only has one person in it.

I wondered about the camera difference also and wonder if it was a choice based on the clearest picture or?

But regardless the point is obvious, cars take a massive amount of infrastructure to move very few people.

If the cars were moving, would they be that close together, on average? It seems to me that the average distance would have to be around one car length on a highway (which is too close if a car has to come to a panic stop, as in avoiding a body dump). Even on a city street the average distance from one car to the next is at least several feet, if not a whole car length.

Around here if you leave more than 3/4 length some idiot will try to fill the gap. (BTW I don't drive that way!) I have seen strings of cars on the interstate 10+ cars running at 80mph with less than 6 feet between them They do it to a certain extent in traffic too, that is what makes the accidents around here so entertaining, you take 30 minutes to drive 4 miles only to see 5-6 cars on the side of the road with people yelling at each other, with poor police playing referee. Pretty cut and dried IMHO, first guy gets off, everybody else gets a ticket for following too close, and failure to maintain control of your vehicle.

Cars have been little more then an expensive frustration for me. Good riddance to mine and hopefully more people will have a change of heart too.
