Your thoughts on this folding bike

Lately, I have seen the Ranger folding bike advertised a number of times and I would like to know what you think of it as a bike for urban or car-free living.

Is this something you would find workable? Does it appear to be a good design or do you see unworkable flaws? Do you find the price (including the shipping) to be reasonable?

This one seems nicely appointed.

Especially the dyno hub (? that's really looks like a dynohub...)

Surely you wouldn't get this for $480.

That one's the electric bike model, which will set you back $1,599 plus shipping fees.

Looks like a low end Montague. I think it's the same brand but with lower end components. I can't be certain about that bike but Montague does make nice bikes.
