What frame/bike meets these criteria:
Was doing some bike fantasizing/daydreaming. So if someone (me) wants a lightweight long distance bike that has:
- carbon frame
- carbon fork that has the eyelets to accommodate a front minirack (not carrying anything heavy) and decent fenders
- rim brakes that take up to tires 700 x 33 (but usually 28mm max), preferably extra long reach calipers (e.g. tektro 559) or cantilevers if needed
- no panniers, at most a seatpost mounted rear rack for lightweight storage of clothing
What are some options, if any, that fit the bill? If nothing fits the bill, what would be close?

most carbon all-road meet your requirements except they use discs. Your choices are going to be very slim for rim brakes outside of custom.

Thanks. Even accepting the disc brakes - what are some all-carbon all road bikes that have fork with eyelets for mini-rack? When look online , I'm not seeing it.

Mostly I am interested in carbon forks like that because I want to put them on a steel frame, so I'm not fully informed of all the bikes that might fit your needs. Just the forks.
Rodeo labs has a nice fork Rodeo Spork Bicycle Fork. A carbon fiber adventure bike fork.Rodeo Adventure Labs, LLC They have a carbon all-road with the previous version of this fork. I figure they are waiting on new stock.
niner had a similar fork which came on a carbon all-road bike, I'm not sure what's going on with them. There is a fyxation fork that has a lot of mounting points, so a Mark's rack should fit https://www.fyxation.com/products/ca...adventure-fork
Hopefully some other brands have wised up on this. You can to bikepacking without rack mounts, but I think a front rack would be really nice.

Those are great options and a good answer to my question.
Rather than looking for a stock bike that has the right fork, I could get a big brand endurance bike in whatever level carbon I'd like to get, e.g. Trek Domane or Specialized Roubaix , and then use one of those two forks you listed to be able to mount a mini rack.
Thanks.
