Anyway, since the last time I responded to this thread, Rowan and I have done a 400 km and 400 km of a 600 km attempt.

Last year, 143 miles in 8h17m, from Midland Michigan to Reed City Michigan and back. Along the rail trail using my Optima Baron recumbent. Having to stop and start every mile for a road crossing taxed my legs pretty good.
