It's near Columbus, Ohio. Perhaps if you contact the POC for the website maybe he will add more details to the website.

Someone wrote the following on the FB site.
Route planning is underway now and we are looking at the hills South of Columbus, OH. So far it looks like it is going to be flat at the start hilly in the middle then flat at the finish. Should be a challenging and scenic route.

draw a line from cleveland southwest to cincinnatti. anything to the east starts off rolling and will get steeper as one approaches the ohio river. to the west of that line things are pretty darn (that's what we say in ohio) flat.
