Campy Crank Compatibility
Has anyone out there used a Sugino triple or similar triple a 48 or 46 big ring? I'm looking for something that will shift well with my current set up. Sugino says their XD series is desigined for 9 speed. Right now I'm using a Comp Triple with a Veloce crank. But age has taken it's toll, on me not the bike.

The Suginos are good, dependable cranks. They are a decent price and have a nice spread of gear options. Nearly all cranks that are only listed as 9-speed compatible will work absolutely fine with 10-speed chains, so go for it!

i was using a TA carmina (technically the 9spd version) with campy 10sp in 30/46 or 32/48 or 34/50 upfront and the campy front derailer. i used the compact front and the standard. all good.
my guess is that things will work out just fine. Just be sure to look at chain line and how that plays with the BB.

Did you try the Sugino crank? I'd like to try a Campy 10 speed but don't want Power Torque.

I don't really see a Campagnolo question here ...
If you're trying to use a Campy Comp Triple, what's the problem? If you bought it new, the literature available will tell you about installation, BB type, torques, et cetera.
That said, I do have experience setting up Campy triples of different eras.
