I just want to say that I ordered a frame from them recently and had a very good experience. I read a lot of bad reviews on line about ship time, taking orders for things they didn't have available etc but I decided to take a chance since the frame was about about $40 cheaper than anyone else with no tax and free shipping. i emailed customer service the next day to confirm it was in stock and ready to ship. Communication was prompt and I had the frame in 3 days.

I'd like to say "they stink!" Ordered a frame 3 weeks ago. Hasn't shipped. They don't answer the phone. Email responses vague at best. Disputing charge and going on negative PR blitz online. They really pissed me off!
