You lost weight after having been in France for a week? Something seriously wrong here...

You're not eating enough cheese. Fix that!

167.5 this AM on my home scale that is essentially what I weighed when I left for Europe. However, I have put a lot of time in the gym working on upper body and core and it includes two margarita pizzas and wine at Il Fornaio as well as a gigantic tiramisu desert and wild boar pasta.

My wife is forcing me to pack a week early for our two week cruise. The reason is she wants space in my suitcase so she can bring more outfits and shoes. I haven't weighed myself since June and feared the result. I took out the "boy toy-skinny jeans" she bought me for occasions where Levi's dont work and gave them a try on. Yes! they still fit. At least for a couple weeks.

143. Toooooooo fat. But, wow, am I strong. There's a balance in there somewhere. I still have a bit of water weight from (all of the) crashes, too.

Are the boy toy skinny jeans 32, 34 or 36 in waist?

When I saw the none of the above, I was hoping for a 33 and not a 38.

It's not the size which matters for boy-toy jeans. It's the catchy phrase in the zipper lining.

I'm not standing on the scales until I've done some lifecycle 'riding'.

Did you back-date this goal to make it legit?
