Jeff does not own a HR monitor or even have a simple computer on any of his bikes, all his training is done by PE.

Jeff, his wife, my son and I talked for a while in the souvenir line. He is a genuinely nice guy. I knew his history and strengths and that it would be tough to beat him and Joe in a flat sprint. I had a shot at them coming up the hill but once they started pulling away it was over. Hats off to both of them. I'm thrilled to double medal.
And I'm thrilled AJ medaled, as well.
My girlfriend Barb Gicquel won two golds. I need to work harder!
