Cleave and I were passing ships at VSC. I was wrapping up on the upper deck getting ready for tomorrow and he was spinning up at the 7PM session. And he looked amazing as usual.

With the District ITT on Saturday I think that intervals tonight will be too much. Will ride the TT bike this evening so I will miss you and Velo Diva tonight. 
Also need some more hill climbing miles and vertical feet so I will have to pass on the LAVRA TTs on Sunday. Depending on how the climbing goes on Sunday, I might pop over to VSC during the afternoon to take some photos. Regardless, have fun and good luck!

Did the 7PM session z1 1', z3 1', z2 1', z3 1', z2 1', z4 1' x 4. I was talking with Kevin P who is going for the hour record. He was doing 3x40 minute efforts earlier at race pace at the track. He was cooked. That seems just wrong.
