Pretty happy with the Trek.

Neat pic, lined out with two other Nats champs. Not uncommon in them parts.

That IS a neat pic! Trek? I thought it was a Fuji. My bad! I do see where the BB is a bit higher than the Venge. Oh - what's with the black helmet?

Here is a photo of me being aero at the Putah Creek Smackdown TT last Wednesday. I am disturbed by how my tummy looks when I'm in that position! Hors Categorie photo.

I feel a lot worse than I look (blue and black helmet):

I'm not as thin as I would like to be, but this particular skinsuit makes me look fatter than I am.

We passed someone who got dropped from their team on the back straight. For some reason, he decided that it was a good idea to get onto the back of our team. This is the second time down t front straight after we dropped our fourth guy:

That's about as much of a "suffer face" as I can muster. I shouldn't have pulled through at that point, but I hate missing rotations. It would have been better for the team if I had though.

Cleave, great pics. No matter how a race turns out, pics seem to salve the wounds or confirm the greatness.

BTW, I would blame any subpar results on the Shiv - it is snake bit or possessed. I think the Shiv needs an exorcism.

Thanks, Cleave! Ex even said the helmet faired well! But, he also said I was too upright Yesterday I took the last shim out and dropped the stem on the steerer tube. Not much difference. Except it was harder to see up the road.
