Looking for a Maryland doctor

I figured I'd take a random shot-in-the-dark with this one.

I am looking for an osteopath or orthopedist in MD/NOVA area (I live near Gaithersburg, but will travel for a good one) that might specialize or at least have experience in diagnosing cyclists.
My bike fitter suspects I have an LLD or pelvic issue that severely compromises my comfort on the bike.

I previously went to a doctor near me, but he didn't perform any kind of true examination and actually just said, "just don't ride your bike so much".

So, was hoping to find a doctor that might have experience helping cyclists or a passion for riding themselves, so I can work toward a solution.

This place can be a pain in the ass without the bike.

Heheh, I agree.

Losing the bike (well, the ability to ride it) is exactly what I am trying to avoid by going to a medical professional.

I am a solitary cyclist, so I don't have a local group of fellow riders to ask for a recommendation or referral...

I am confident one can - I am just hoping to minimize the "luck-of-the-draw" by following the success of someone previously in my shoes (or in this case, saddle).

That looks fantastic and a definite possibility should I eventually prove unable to ride my "normal" bike!

Besides the seating configuration, whats the biggest difference with the trike and bicycle?

When I lived in Clarksburg MD, I used to go to Doctors First in Germantown with Dr. Patel. They were great with helping me with a variety of leg issues.

If they can't help you, they are good for pointing you to who can.
