S.C. MTB Champ!!!!
My son did his first race today and won in 12 and under men.It was also a junior olympic race and tha SC MTB championships. The course was wet and muddy but he still had a blast. Thanks to Sycamore Cycles for the support.

From some of the pics you've posted of Jr. hucking stuff, I'm willing to bet he has the competition well outclassed technique wise. That number one has gotta feel good

Might be a first race but may be get him to race one of the Nationals. If he places well there then perhaps look for a team he could ride with.
