Depending on how hard I have ridden that week I may just relax or a very easy ride in the morning. Meals are the same as every other day with the exception of some add complex carbs at dinner, usually pasta. Also be sure to get a good night sleep.

The night/day before you should make sure your bike is in mechanically sound. All bolts tight, proper spoke tension, air in the tires, shifts smoothly and brakes adjusted properly. Also, fill you water bottles and/or hydration pack the night before and get all the food you want to bring together.

i stick to the same foods and never ever tried to experiment new food on the race week. Also, before the race tomorrow, i will try to get some sleep whenever i had the chance. Generally, i cant sleep well on the night before the race Thats why it is better to sleep during days and stay awake until the next morning This works for me but not sure about you guys out there. Just my 2 cents!

Hey, make sure the little things are taken care of the night before. Just recently I had an Adventure race/Sprint Race with 14 to 15 miles of MTBing. I took the bike to be check by a Bike Tech the morning of and in the Q/A session he and I forgot to check the Air Pressure of my tires.

Well once the race started I had 2 loops of MTBing. The entire time my tires were low and I felt it. My time was hindered definitely. And I slipped and fell which resulted in abrasions on my legs. This really slowed my race. I could have done so much better.

Have fun. Eat like normal.

Typically I go out and drink also, but I'm a glutton for punishment.

It depends on how far I have to travel for the race and if it is a lap course or not. If it is laps I usually try to get out and do a easy pre-ride of the course. Other wise I just try to get out on the road bike and do an easy ride. I also double check the bike from top to bottom. As for food, well pertty much what everyone else has said.
