Any one raced the The White Oak Challenge in Lost Creek WV?

I am planning on racing in the upcomming race and would like to know what to expect. I raced in the beginner class about 10 years ago but now I am 29 not in very good shap and my bike is 15 years old

Can anyone tell me what to expect? Are the trails rough, techniqual, hilly ect?

Thanks for your help.

(I don't race - my son does!)

I haven't been to this race in a few years, but unless things have changed drastically, you're looking at a lot of single/double track, off camber stuff. Post your question on the WVMBA forum page & you'll get more details! (www.wvmba.com)
