first race of the season - 12 Miles of He!!

My son and I plus a couple local riding buds did our first race of the season, it was the 12 MOH in Lawton OK. It was brutal but all had a great time. I don't know the results yet but my son did get 5th in the Jr class. I'm also not sure how many were there but I did see number plates in the 700's, and there were at least that many there racing. A mass shotgun start too heheh, that was interesting. Mass start into a long steep hill wow.

I had my HRM on through the race, I'll attach my graph, it's wild. The top (black) line is altitude, the middle )red) line is heart rate, and the bottom (blue) is speed.
