CTS Mountain Bike DVD

I posted this in the training forum but thought I may get more responses here

I recently bought this vid and just quickly watched a few highlights

has anyone used this video and if so

what Heart rate zone are you conducting the intervals in I'm assuming Zone 5?? all it seems to be is low, medium and max for intensity

I'm not very familiar with the CTS series but I know in Spinnervals the advocate not working in the grey area by making sure your in the right zone

The coach explains where you need to be in relation to your LT at the beginning of the workout.

If I remember correctly you'll spend time above LT, just below LT and then recovering(easy spinning).

The CTS videos are based on your LT rather than generic heart rate zones. There is a field test to determine your LT at the beginning of the DVD.
