Fox Vanilla 100RLC or the Fox Talas RLC

Sorry, this old chestnut. I've just bought a Santa Cruz Blur (5th Element), the LBS have just called to advise they do not have the Float100 RLT in stock stock. Now I can wait 3 months for one to be delivered or go with the Talas RLC of the Float 100 RLC. I ride XC, single track and at best 2ft drop offs. I know about the warranty issues with travel greater than 105 on the Blur but the LBS has offered the alternatives. Welcome your feedback.

The talas probably would feel similar to the vanilla, just lighter. I would go with the vanilla though.
