Trying to find out more about a bike I bought at an estate sale??

I just bought a Hardrock Specialized FS at an estate sale. I am trying to find out what year it is so I can get an Owner's Manual for it. How can I do this?? any help would be appreciated.

I'll help a little - - years the Hardrock FS was made were 1994-96 and 1999-2000. You can narrow it down by (to a degree) comparing components to what is HERE or with other model years listed on the box on the right.

As far as an owners manual, it's not your car or motorcycle - - you usually get a very generic, general-information booklet with use and care instructions that you can find many places.

I'm going to say 2000 by the paint scheme. 99 and 2000 were the years the Hardrock FS came with the RockShocks Jett C so that narrows it down some.

As far as an owners manual, Specialized has them going back to 2004 (http://service.specialized.com/colla..._AS_NZ_Web.pdf) - - but I warn you that you will be sorely disappointed.

Side note: You got a lot of sarcasm because usually pics are the only way to get a handle on IDing a bike. In this case, it was easier because I was familiar with the model and the limited year range. On the other hand a lot of people clamoring for pics still wouldn't have a clue and would be guessing anyway. That's interweb forums for you. Nice bandsaw.
