IS YOUR CAPS LOCK BUTTON STUCK?

Personally I wouldnt pay $2k for such a bike but if you were looking for a comfort hybrid then I guess you found one?

What type of riding do you do?

I work for a larger Giant retailer and I can't say I've ever seen one of those. I'd be surprised if it retailed for anywhere close to $2,000 though. I think a Revive is well under $1,000 and kind of the same idea, just more recumbent-like.

I like the rims

Did they at least give you a tube of this?

Because if they took you for 2 grand on that you needed it.

Actually that was harsh of me. If this is legit (which I doubt highly) you need to get your money back / call the police SOMETHING because you got robbed

PWRDbyTRD 04-25-05 03:17 AM

yeah this is all sounding a bit bluffy :D Haha, you think a consumer would know a bit about what he's talking about when spending $2K. Some people maybe just have to much money?

troie 04-25-05 07:16 AM

Instead of posting the actual price Giant likes to use $ and you have to compare how many $ to a $ list which equals a range of costs for certain bikes.

The prodigy dx has four $$$$ which means:

$$$$ $1200 to $2000

Do people really buy those or are they some sort of sales/PR gadget they give away to the gullible to raise thier profile amongst the unsuspecting?
