Stablinski as a brand/model?

I'm aware that the stablinski name is connected to a famous Polish/French cyclist and his son. There is some info that one of them did design bikes but the question is: are they any good? Or is it a case of some with the name good and the rest just liscenced the name and are drek?

Asked because I saw this ad: mens mountain bike 21 speed stablinski
