So what do you guys think, any beefs. I'm looking for a new fork around 100mm or 120mm travel nothing to large, any suggestions? Also my cranks are a bit loosei have cranked them down hand and have the lock nut thing in there? any other suggestions? I can tighten them but they keep on comming loose.

The Soul cycles frames are reallynice, your cranks might keep undoing because the bottom bracket has rounded, or your cranks are nackered, in both cases the parts will need replacing.

As for a fork... Hmmm, maybe a dirt jumper if your not too worried about weight?
