I just picked this up from Phnom Penh
probably containerized from the used market in Japan

probably 2008 or 09

So I can't get the stem out, thinking of just cutting it off and putting in a Suspension fork.
Any good ideas?

Is it heavy or light? If light - it could be a Kawamura titanium bike.
