Help Identifying This Bike

Got this as a donor bike from a relative who hardly used it. I can't find anything on the internet about this brand. Funny thing is this bike has a mix of LX and DX all around including the hubs on Araya wheels. Tange Infinity. That's a Kalloy seatpost if it helps any.
Most of these parts are going on my '90 Hardrock.
Thanks!

Before I'd put any of those parts on a Hardrock, I'd take that yellow bike for a ride. Tange Infinity MTB is nice stuff. An old Hardrock probably is house brand chromoly seat tube only and the remainder is High Ten. If that yellow bike is double butted maintubes, I'd ride that and ditch the Specialized.

Thanks Roccobike but this frame is way small. I ride 52-54 and this is prob a 48.
All good though because the Hardrock is special to me.

I always thought Offroad was based in the USA. See also Girvin, Proflex.

This ad lists the address in Woonsocket, RI. Sorry for the inversion.
