Norco Charger a better choice?

I've read a lot of positive reviews of the Norco Charger on www.mtbr.com. But I still haven't really narrowed anything down much...I am now deciding between an 05 Specialized Rockhopper Comp, a Kona Cinder-Cone, a Devinci Cameleon and the Norco Charger. It seems the Charger has a better fork (correct me if I'm wrong) than my other choices, and it also has hydraulic disc brakes (but are these far more maintenance than help for an entrylevel rider?) If price was not a factor (which it will be but that's not the point) what would your recommendations be?

Thanx

the rockhopper is ususally the choice of newer riders here although i really like the look of the devinci, good drivetrain, good rims, but the brakes are not the best. i really like the kona too, it has a prety nice fork. but i guess in the end its up to you, test ride all of them and buy the one you think feels the best.
