Entry Level 29er
 

I have a 85 trek MTB that I ride on local gravel roads but have decided I want a newer bike. I want a used 29er, one with hydrolic disc brakes. An entry level bike would suit me fine cuz I won't be racing or riding any mountains LOL. What bike would get me the most bang for my buck. I've looked at a few Trek Mambas on CL but what other brands and models should I look for? $500 is what I would like to spend.
