Cant decide what bike to buy

Hello guys, I'm new here and don't mind me if I didn't find any related post (doubt I'll find any).
I want to buy a bike (in Serbia) and cant decide between 3 models.

Can you tell me is difference of 100e between Level 9.1 and last one Level 9.3 too much or is it ok?
Also something around 40e between cheaper 9.3 and last 9.3.
Are those parts better for those price differences or?

I returning to bicycling after quite some time and I don't know how things work now. Im 29yo, 185cm and 85 to 90ish kg's.

Thanks in advance.

Stefan

i think the sweet spot is the Level 9.3
the 9.1 not worth the money. since it uses a V-brakes, 7 speed, and the shifters are bolted to the brake lever.
the first level 9.3 uses a mechanical disc brake. and also a shifters that bolted to the brake lever.

so I'll go with the LEVEL 9.3 crno-zeleno 2016 since it has a decent entry level groupset, it uses hydraulic disc brake, and you dont need a new brake lever if you plans to upgrade it to 9 speed or more.
