Light weight rims under $75?

I'm building a set of wheels for my new bike. I'm trying to find 622(700c) rims in the sub 400g category for as cheap as possible. So far I've found the DT XR 331 for ~$50. It requires proprietary washers and recommends proprietary nipples, though, so I'm not sold on them yet. Any other suggestions?

For a touring bike, but it takes disk wheels. All of the touring guys go for "bomb proof" heavy wheels to carry their 175lb+ selves and 40lbs of gear. Most in that forum are of the opinion that bike and gear weight don't matter at all. I weigh ~150lbs and tend to stay in the sub-25lb range for gear and am not concerned about "bomb proof" wheels. I realize that losing a pound of rotating weight is going to be nice when I'm climbing hills, riding 50mi, etc. I will also be using them for dirt and gravel trails. I figure lighter weight MTB rims should be great for what I'm looking for. A 32 spoke, 350g MTB rim should be fine, rather than a 36 spoke, 550+g bomb proof rim. Most of the lighter weight stuff I've come across so far has been from DT Swiss. I'm sure there's lots more out there, though.
