little problem with stanctions

well i was just washing my bike off today after a muddy ride, and i noticed that one of the stanchions was lower then it was before. one of them is about a 1/4 - 3/8(about where they where when i got them) from the min line and the other is right on the min line. now i had in the shop about a week ago for a few things and one of them was for them to check out my fork/headset because i crashed and it sounded weird to me. anyway fork feels/sounds) fine now but i was just wondering what would cause the stanction to move like that , i checked the bolts and they were all tight exept one and that was just a little bit looser then the others(little). i do bottom my fork about 3-5 times a ride(3 shuttle runs an hour and a half mabey) depending how big i go, and i think im a decent rider(not really rough/sketchy). so would a really harsh bottom do this or where the bolts too loose. im taking it to the shop tomorrow but i jsut wanted to know what happened..? :(

Thats pretty strange. It also reminds me of what we did at the shop today. We dug out my friend's old manitou stance that broke, and removed the upper crown, and slid the lower crown to the top, so we could have a new manitou 300mm SC! We put fox stickers on the lowers looking like a fox dh40, and put a price tag on it: fox 47r2c8! 1,300$!! Comes with a free hug!!

You people enjoy ripping people off or something? Sounds like a crappy shop if you actually put it out front with a price tag on it...

It was a joke. We were all laughing our asses off. Everyone who saw it thought it was funny

If an XTR crankset can sell for $457, why not a huge looking fork for $1300? lol

The fox stickers are crooked on the lowers, and it has a reverse arch. Trust me- it looks like a joke.

Potentially broken spring, all the oil is out. There is a pretty endless supply of things that could be wrong :)
