Knee pads help
I want to get a new set of pads, and I was looking at the Scott grenade evo but it looks like their large only goes to 17 1/2 inch. The fox launch pro d30 goes to 19inch, now when I measured my thigh 4 inch above my knee cap am at 21 1/2. Does anyone knows if they will fit, and if am over doing in it with these, I just do dirt trails with small jumps roots some rocks but not much. What do you guys recommend, a nd Thank, and I hope someone can help.

I have the Dakine knee pads. They are awesome. The girlfriend just bought the Fox launch Enduro ones which look pretty sweet if your not doing anything crazy. Take a look a the Troy Lee D3s. They are pretty sick and kind of the same thing at the Enduros.

You can consider buying the Dainese Trail SKins 2, Race Face Ambush or POC VPD system knee pads.

when I wear pads, I use Fox Launch Shorty. Most people think they are overkill, but I prefer a pad that has straps so I can put them on and take them off without removing my shoes. They are a bit bulky when walking around but I rarely notice them when riding. and once adjusted, they go on and off pretty quickly.

Try checking 661 Recon Knee Pads 2018. It's works well for me.

So far I've been pretty happy with the Alpinestars Paragon - both knee and elbows. The are super comfortable, light, and breath well in the FL heat. However, without adjustable straps they may not fit everyone although they do come in a very large range of sizes. I cannot get them on and off over my shoes but that hasn't been a big problem.
