Trek Stache sizing

hi all, buying a Stache, but need help with size...i test road some bikes and fell in love with the Stache, the bike shop had a 19.5 inch stache i test road and felt good. The bike shop said i should be in a 18.5 though. So they have to order one in. I am thinking they should be right? lol
My question is what size do you guys/gals ride for body size?
Im 5'11" inseam about 32", so what ive read i could go either 18.5 or 19.5.
So hoping the bike shop is right, what you guys think?

We're the same size and I find an 18.5 to be just right, so I'm thinking the shop knows what they're talking about.

Bikes: Too many. Giant Trance X 29, Surly Midnight Special get the most time.

Based on the numbers either may be the correct size for you, and distinguishing the two would require seeing you on the bike, preferably in motion. The shop should be able to explain to you what they observed on your test ride that makes them think the 19.5 was the incorrect frame size.
