Need help identifying this pedal combination
 

Can anyone identify the name and manufacture of this pedal combination, around year 1994?
The only words on the pedal are (System 2). Is that a “T” or a Ti infront of the System 2?
The only words on the strap are (Securi – Clip)

I believe that was a Trek brand pedal.
