Is this frame worth it?
 

Newbie to the forum, please go easy. Thinking of building a steel hardtail and came across this Chinese made frame on ebay.

What's the general consensus on cheaper Chinese frames? It'd cost me about $450 - $500 CAD with shipping. Am I crazy for considering this? Thanks in advance.
