Back on!
Been out with a hamstring injury. Fonally got the ok from the orthopod to go ride hills. Off to my favorite local trail, Johnson Ranch. 90 degrees out, but the wind came up and cooled it down. Good to be back on it.....https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...8d0d69fd2f.jpg
