Fuji Adventure Comp

I just bought a Fuji Adventure Comp http://www.fujibikes.com/2005/bikes.asp?id=30 , for $999.00 . Is it a good bike. I haven't seen any posts about it.

I'm really new to mountain biking and not too good at it yet. If I hit a root while going up hill I loose momentum and stop (or fall over) it's kinda funny. any suggestions?

As a newbie you should have bought a hardtail. It would teach you the skills needed to maintain momentum and to pick better lines

I am a big fan of Fuji MTBs. There is just something about those frames...
