For disk brakes?

Sorry guys, I'm not familiar with disk brakes, so I'll just ask. My frame has these holes (see picture), and also on the fork. Are these where the disk brakes are to be connected?

I'd like to see a better picture as that angle makes them look like rack mounts

Yes, those are mounting points for the calipers.

Same here. The thing is, my cousin will give me a Deore Disk hub for free that I could have laced onto the front.
