I don't know, but I just saw it and wanted to say that tandem Intense (M1?) is pretty sweet!

photo's or not, i think it is a cool idea, back in the day when disc brakes were being designed for mtb some people brobably thoughtit was excessive, on my old trek i had a two caliper system that i knocked up in an afternoon one ontop of the wheel and one behind the crank case, i rigged it so one would engage, then in a bind the second would engage all you do is lean back and appreciate the stopping power with a good squeeze of one lever, its not a bad idea perhaps noone has ever gone to the trouble!

its a pretty lame idea. technically it's pretty stupid to install 2 brakes on 1 wheel & especially if it's the front wheel. you wouldn't need that much power to stop unless you want to suicide in which case it is more money-saving and time efficient to just jump off a bridge. if you need the power cuz you got crappy disc brakes AND v-brakes, you might as well upgrade to a better disc brake? very stupid idea.

You guys just won't believe how funny you sound - and it's just over brakes on a bike. I'd hate to think if the arguement is about having one or two coffee machines at work.

I like your logic, just because you don't agree with my idea, I should be banned?? What next? You don't like my skin color or have different sexual preference, so I should be burnt at the stake?

You have until Tuesday at 3pm EDT to post pics, if not it will be considered to be a fallacy.

I see from your profile your 15, well just because your older than me doesn't make you the boss of me! When your 56, I'll be 54, and then there will be no difference between us.

There is just way too much valuable information in this thread for it to simply be deleted. Especially once you post the pictures of the completed project.

As much hard work as you put into this I can't believe you would could even ponder the idea of deleting it.

First of all I didn't even know if i was older than you or not. Second i never told you to do anything. Why did you give him two more days to BS Kona, you should have required him to have pics by today.

theres no ******** way this kid managed to do it. A seasoned mechanic would have a hard enough time pulling something like that off. Add in all the extra parts and i doubt he has the money to even pull it off. Aren't there age restrictions on working in canada? IN the US its 14 or 15 so by law you probably arent even allowed to work. Next time you decide to make something this stupid up, at least steal pics from mtbr, pinkbike etc to make your sh*t seem real

You've got him now, the minimum age in canada is 16 but you can get jobs...just not the one that he stated.
