front or rear?

I need to decide fast; I can only afford one tire so which should it be? Kenda Blue groove rear or Nevegal front? I land moreso on my back tire, but isn't having a bigger front tire better for cornering? I can't decide...I would buy both but it would be $130! Help me!

Well if he is doing the FR/DH having a good front tire is very important. Hopefully he isn't asking for advice on which tire if both are balder than Kojak. I know that is assuming on my part, but I am giving some faith that they are not. Oi to the world.
