Buying a new rig, help.

I currently have a Bontrager Privateer Comp, full XT. I'm thinking of jumping into the full suspension game and am looking at a Blur XC, full XT for about $2,700. The fork is a Manitou Black and I have my choice of the 3 rear shocks SC offers.

Whaddya think?

I think it is an awesome bike!

I have a Manitou Black Platinum and love it :)

Save the Bontrager and make it into a SS frame, very cool retro cruiser bike, and then the SC Blur is a great bike, but personally have never been a big fan of the manitou blacks. Get a Fox Float instead which are very reliable and stiff. Ive had my Float RL for 3 years and never once cleaned the seals and the thing still works like a dream

I intend to keep the Bontrager as well. It's a classic. I'm still working on the new bike, I may get an Ellsworth Truth.

I second the Fox fork choice. I also own a Blur, and second that choice also!!!
