I'm doing an 18-hour race this weekend. We were looking for a team of four, so I pulled out the directory to look up someone's number. His last name started with "N" so I flipped through. Next thing I exclaim, "There's no N's!"

A few moments later, I say, "Ah, N comes after M."

So now, my buddies have voted for our team to be named NM after my scenario.

First off: There are a lot of great suggestions here. Thanks for everyones input. Some of you wanted more info, so ill try to elaborate. We are all in the Army but don't know if we want an army or military name unless its a cool "Task Force (something)" name. We do like the beer suggestion also. kant rase or spel was a good one too. We are doing a 90 mile adventure race in northern georgia. You can find the link on active. com. Feel free to come join us in the race and afterwords we can find a bar and enjoy the after race festivities. Thanks again for you help and keep them coming.

As of now we are the "punching penguins." We plan on riding in silly tuxedo shirts and bow ties. Let me know if you got something better.
