Newbi questions
I'm just getting into mountain biking and by "just" I mean I'm about to go buy a mountain bike (I've been riding a hybrid that's 6 years old).Any suggestions on a good beginner bike? I really want to race next season but I can't find the 2006 race schedule anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find a comprehensive list of races? What type of training should I do to get ready by next April? Thanks for being patient with my dumb questions, I appreciate any pointers you could pass on.
