Wooooooooowwww!!!!

If that is the same company I am thinking of they have some wicked bikes. One of them (maybe more) has a multi chain system. Nice to look at but I am already worried about fixing my bike let alone one that complex.
OMG I love the colour. Anything flat (I like flat rust right now because I own a roast) is just awesome. I really don't like shiny bikes. :) |
Sweet jesus,
Those frames are built like brick houses. very nice website, too. BK |
I wonder how much it costs.
I hear GT is making a comeback, I can't wait to see their 2003 offerings. |
GT went corporate. A friend of mine has a bike shop, and he used to be a GT dealer. He told me the other day that they sold out and went with either Kmart or Walmart, I honestly can't remember now which but either way it's a bummer. It has become quite a problem for him, as an independant dealer he has a hard time staying with one line. At one time he could sell them all, but he lost Trek because he couldn't afford to do their minimum yearly thing (which was surprisingly high), and he also sold Gary Fisher bikes, who sold out to Trek. He can still do Santa Cruz and KHS, and maybe by now he has Speciallized but it is a much more complicated business than one would think from the outside.

The company that makes Pacific (K-Mart, Walmart, etc.) brought GT.
|
WOW:eek: is right. Those bikes are a work of art.
|
holy cow... sweetness!!
|
I know GT was bought by Pacific, but according to MBA and GT they aren't going into x-mart, only Schwinn is. GT is going to have a full line for 03, including an Avalanche series, Ruckus series, I-drive series, and DHi.
