Jump Stop??

Hi everyone, I am new here, and I have a GT Avalanche 3.0 with Discs, My chain usually always falls off and gets jammed really bad. Someone told me the "jump Stop" or some other chain guide will do the trick. Can someone recommend something for me or point me in the right direction, Thanks a lot

if you want a chain guide and dont mind losing the big ring up front then you can get a e13 DRS, the drs bashguard is prety much the best you can get, and the guide itself is very popular.

you can get something like this that bolts between your chain stays right behind your seat tube and it lines up real tight with the chain rings so that your chain doesn't get pinched between the stay and your chainring. I've also seen a small plate that bolts inside the inner ring and leaves it fully functional but supposedly catches the chain before it falls.

It sounds a little to me like chain suck. Are you ever getting this when you are shifting and if so are you shifting under stress?

this happens when I am riding in a low gear up front and in back and sometimes it just bounces off.

Yep, sounds like chain performance to meeee. Get yourself a compatible SRAM chain and you should be good to go!

where would I find this? Do you have a link so I can check it out, I know I am a newbie. But I actually just bought this jump stop by N-Gear for 10 bucks just to try it out.
