im new to biking and have seen this ridgeback mountain sport bike for sale
is it any good for me? first timer, commuting bike... im 5'8" - its got a 16" frame - is that too small?

Maybe a 17" or 17.5" frame would be more suitable for your height. However, I suggest you ride it and get the feel.
